Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We ship across the United States via carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Fairtradingfair@gmail.com or call 313-364-8871. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
